Thank you for shopping with us. Every product is made-to-order and carefully prepared after your order is placed. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5–8 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, drops, sales, or festivals, processing times may be slightly longer.

Since all products are custom-made on demand, production begins only after the order is confirmed.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Other Locations: 6–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Courier availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Logistics delays

  • Unexpected operational issues


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or on selected orders.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote delivery locations.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on selected orders and locations.

For COD orders:

  • Customers must be available to receive calls from delivery partners.

  • Repeated order refusals may result in COD restrictions on future orders.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours.

For packages officially confirmed as lost by the courier partner, we may provide:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (after verification)


8. International Shipping

Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping depending on availability.

Custom duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
