Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Every product is made-to-order specially for you through our print-on-demand manufacturing process. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We only offer returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong product, size, or color was delivered

  • The print/design is incorrect compared to the order placed

  • The package was lost during transit

As all products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Minor color differences caused by screen/display variations

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Slight measurement variations (up to ±0.5 inches)

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts


2. Return Request Timeline

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Please email us with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • An unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect claims whenever possible)

Without proper proof, we may not be able to process your request.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • We will review the issue.

  • Once approved, we may offer:

    • A free replacement

    • Store credit

    • A full or partial refund

Refunds or replacements are approved only after verification of the issue.


4. Size Exchange Policy

Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Since all products are printed on demand, we do not offer free size exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes.

If a wrong size was delivered by us compared to your order, we will replace the product at no additional cost.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts.

Once an order has entered production, printing, or shipping, it cannot be cancelled because the product is custom-made specifically for you.


6. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Customers must be available to receive the order.

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts or refused orders may lead to future COD restrictions.

  • Refunds are not applicable for refused COD orders.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Custom printed apparel

  • Personalized products

  • Limited edition drops

  • Accessories and lifestyle products

  • Sale or discounted items


9. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours.

For orders officially marked as lost in transit by the courier partner, we may offer a replacement or refund after verification.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier operational issues

  • Incorrect address information

  • Government restrictions

  • Unexpected logistics disruptions


10. Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • False information is provided

  • Evidence has been manipulated

  • Excessive abuse of the policy is detected
